The 127 Group is a company that works directly with today’s leaders to build a better tomorrow through coaching, consulting, and construction. Its product is growth—in people, organizations and buildings.

The company’s stated mission is to build leaders, organizations and new structures by teaching, mentoring and working with businesses, churches, non-profits and athletic teams.

So when The 127 Group says “we love to build,” it means the group cultivates, nurtures and strengthens the people who are the decision makers… the organizations they lead… and buildings constructed for work, recreation and worship.

The 127 group was launched in 2015 as a place where churches could work with a single organization that can do it all for them. From coaching to consulting to building spaces. 

Over the past several years we’ve begun to attract interest from organizations outside the church world too. Today we’re proud to work with businesses, athletic teams, non-profits, and (mostly) churches.
