Brian Brown is a founder of The 127 Group, a leadership coaching and consulting firm that helps leaders and organizations align their systems, culture, and talent to execute their vision.

With over 35 years of experience, Brian has coached and developed leaders across business, ministry, and athletics—working with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies and CEOs featured on the cover of Fortune Magazine, to startups, churches, and Division I athletic programs.

He has trained and coached leaders from more than 100 nations and has taught leadership principles on every continent, bringing a unique global perspective to organizational development and leadership growth.

Brian specializes in how behavior drives performance, helping leaders build the character and discipline required to sustain their giftedness and lead at a high level. His work focuses not just on what leaders do, but who they become.

As a high-performance coach, he has worked with teams and coaches from Florida State University, the University of Oklahoma, Baylor University, SMU, and TCU, and has collaborated with NFL coaches and players.

Brian has served as Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, CEO, and nonprofit executive, giving him a practical understanding of leadership from multiple vantage points. He currently serves as Teaching Pastor at GracePoint Church in Portland, Texas.

He has been married to his wife, Tami, for 37 years, and they have two sons.
