In addition to serving as a pastor in North Carolina, Tony coaches pastors, ministry leaders, and executives who are seeking wise counsel, strategic perspective, and a trusted sounding board. His coaching creates a confidential, biblically-grounded space where leaders can process complex decisions, navigate change, and grow in both character and effectiveness.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in executive leadership, ministry operations, church governance, and higher education, Tony brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and pastoral wisdom to every coaching relationship. Having served in senior leadership within global ministry organizations, higher education, and the local church, he understands both the opportunities and the pressures leaders face.

Tony believes healthy leaders build healthy organizations. His passion is to help leaders flourish personally, lead effectively, and remain faithful to the mission God has entrusted to them.

Tony and his wife, Kim, have been married for 27 years. They have two adult daughters and a son in high school.
